The Project involved Installation and configuration of HPE3PAR 8200 Store serve, Microsoft Exchange 2010 deployment with HA and DR set up and deployment.

The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) needed to expand its spectrum monitoring capabilities to ensure effective and interference free spectrum operations in the different regions of Uganda.

UCAA has always received reports from ATC personnel indicating the receipt of transmissions considered spurious at Entebbe International Airport during active air – ground VHF communication sessions.

In order to reinforce their Search & Rescue Mandate, the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority needed the HF solution to cover long distance transmissions which usually extends further than VHF to ranges between 1.5 to 30 MHz bands.
